Spinach: About 50 grams, choose fresh spinach with green leaves and no yellow leaves.
Bananas: 1-2, preferably bananas with higher maturity and a small amount of black spots on the skin, which have a sweeter taste and richer aroma.
Milk: 200-300 milliliters, you can choose full fat milk, low-fat milk, or skim milk according to personal preference.
Honey (optional): In moderation, used to enhance sweetness.
Production steps
- Wash spinach thoroughly, removing the roots and withered yellow leaves.
- Peel the bananas, cut them into small pieces, and put them into a blender.
- Put the dried spinach into the blender as well.
- Pour milk into the blender, and the amount of milk can be adjusted according to personal preference for the consistency of the milkshake. If you like thicker milkshakes, add less milk; If you like something thinner, add more.
- Start the blender and stir for 30 seconds to 1 minute until the spinach and bananas are completely crushed and mixed thoroughly with the milk to form a delicate milkshake. If using a regular blender, it may take longer to stir to ensure the smoothness of the milkshake.
- After stirring, add an appropriate amount of honey according to personal taste and stir evenly again. If the banana itself is already very sweet, honey can also be omitted.
