material
Cherry: 200g, fresh or frozen, with no pits
Almonds: 30g, chopped
Yogurt: 300g, preferably plain Greek yogurt, with a high consistency
Honey: 2-3 tablespoons, adjustable according to personal taste
Vanilla essence: 1/2 teaspoon (optional)

step
Processing cherries:
If using frozen cherries, thaw them first. Then put the pitted cherries into a blender and mix them into cherry puree. If the cherry itself is quite sour, you can add 1-2 tablespoons of honey while stirring to adjust the sweetness.
Mix yogurt and cherry puree:
Pour the mixed cherry puree into yogurt, add vanilla extract, stir well, and make the yogurt appear a light pink color with cherry flavor evenly distributed in the yogurt.
Add crushed almonds:
Pour the chopped almonds into cherry yogurt and gently stir until the almonds are evenly distributed throughout the yogurt. The granular texture of almonds can add rich flavor to yogurt.
Refrigeration:
Put the mixed cherry almond yogurt in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour to make its taste more delicate and cool. Refrigerated yogurt has a better taste, and the flavors of cherries and almonds can also blend better into the yogurt.
Enjoyment:
Take out the refrigerated cherry almond yogurt, and according to personal preference, sprinkle some crushed almonds and a few intact cherries on the surface as decoration.
