Have you guys ever seen huge packages of Plantain Chips in the grocery store? If you know me well enough, I love this type of snack, especially when watching a movie at home, this healthy little snack will stay with me until I finish the movie 
 Today we're going to go over how I usually make my own Plantain Chips. Plantains are rich in potassium, fiber, vitamins C and B6, which are very good for the body.


Ingredients:

A Green Plantain That is Not Ripe 
Garlic powder (20g) 
Sea salt (5G) 


First, remove the head and tail of the plantain and cut it in the center, separating its outer skin from the pulp.

Step 2:Cut the plantain into long strips or use a slicer to make thin round slices.

Step 3: Prepare an air fryer with spray oil by spraying a moderate amount of cooking oil into the pan. Spread our freshly cut plantains evenly in the domestic, sprinkle some garlic powder and also, then spray another layer of cooking oil in the indicate.
Fry at 350 degrees F for 7 minutes time.
A delicious Plantain Chips is made, you guys can also make sweet Plantain Chips according to your taste, I prefer exotic flavors so I chose garlic powder.
