Ingredients:

30g chia seeds

300ml milk

50ml honey
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- 2 ripe persimmons
- 30g sativa nuts
In the first step, whisk together 300ml of milk and 30g of chia seeds in a bowl, then whisk in 50ml of honey and 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract. Leave to stand for 30 minutes
Step 2: 2 ripe persimmons, chopped and crushed in a cup and blender.
Step 3, spread the chia seed milk evenly underneath the glass and spread the ripe persimmon jam over the top
Step 4: Chop up 30g of the sativa nuts and sprinkle on top of the ripe persimmon jam.

4 tablespoons of oatmeal

1 tablespoon of cocoa powder

5 slices of dried cranberries

1 tablespoon chia seeds

30g unsweetened chocolate
-
4 rice crackers
-
200g Greek yoghurt
-
60g pistachio powder
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
Step 1, add 4 tablespoons of oatmeal to a pan and fry until golden brown, put 1 banana, 1 tablespoon of cocoa powder, 5 slices of dried cranberries, 1 tablespoon of chia seeds, 240 ml of milk, the oatmeal (fried golden brown) in a blender and mix well, pour it into a cup
Step 2, 4 rice crackers crushed by hand, 200g Greek yoghurt, 1 tablespoon of stevia, 30g pistachio powder, mix well and spread in the bottom of the bowl.
Step 3: Melt 30g unsweetened chocolate over heat, add 1 tablespoon vegetable oil, 30g pistachio powder and stir well. Spread in the just nutella shake and chill in the fridge for 15 minutes.
