Ingredients

  • 1/2 fresh pineapple
  • 1 fresh coconut
  • Pure water


Steps


Process the pineapple: Peel the pineapple and cut it into small pieces. To reduce the astringent flavour of the pineapple, soak the pineapple chunks in salted water for 15 - 20 minutes, then rinse well with clean water.


Prepare the coconut: Open the coconut and pour out the coconut milk and set aside. Scoop out the coconut meat with a spoon and cut into small pieces.


Blend the ingredients: Place the processed pineapple chunks, coconut meat and coconut juice together in a blender.


Blend: Add an appropriate amount of purified water and adjust the amount of water according to your personal taste. Start the blender and blend the ingredients into a fine juice.


Strain (optional): If you prefer a purer taste, strain the blended pineapple-coconut water through a strainer to remove any residue.


Chill: Pour the pineapple coconut water into a glass and place it in the fridge for a while for a better taste.
