  • 2 ripe peaches (approximately 300 grams)

  •  2 tablespoons of honey (adjusted according to personal taste)
  •  appropriate amount of ice
  •  mint leaves (for decoration, optional)


Production steps:


Wash the peach, peel and remove the core, and cut it into small pieces. If the peach is hard, it can be soaked in salt water for a moment to facilitate peeling and enhance sweetness.
Put the cut peach chunks into a blender and pour in Greek yogurt. Greek yogurt has a thick texture, which can make the drink taste more mellow; If not, regular thick yogurt can also be used as a substitute.
