Mango Pineapple Coconut Milk Shake Recipe
Materials (for 2 people)
1 mango (about 200g, cut into pieces)
100g pineapple (fresh or frozen)
150ml coconut milk (can be diluted with coconut milk or replaced with plant-based coconut milk)
5-6 ice cubes (optional to enhance the refreshing taste)
1 tablespoon honey/maple syrup (optional, adjust sweetness according to taste)
Production steps
Pre processed fruits: Peel and cut mangoes into pieces, peel and core pineapple into small pieces (ice cubes can be omitted if frozen pineapple is used).
Mixing and stirring: Put mango, pineapple, coconut milk, and ice cubes into a blender and stir at high speed until smooth and particle free.
Seasoning: After tasting, add honey or syrup as needed to adjust sweetness, and briefly stir and mix again.
Cup filling: Pour into a glass and garnish with mango cubes, pineapple slices, or shredded coconut.
