chocolate cake
Ingredients to prepare:
4 eggs
5G salt
1 tsp vanilla sugar
110G sugar
100G flour
80G cocoa powder
40G cornstarch
350ML Milk
230G Dark Chocolate
100G whey cheese
80g condensed milk
150G light cream 
20g peanuts
In the first step, put 4 eggs, 5g salt, 1 teaspoon of vanilla sugar, and 70g sugar into a bowl and beat well.
Step 2, add 100g flour, 30g cocoa powder and 20g corn starch. Mix well with a spanner spoon.
Step 3, pour the batter into the cake mould and bake in the oven at 180 degrees Celsius for 15-20 minutes.
Step 4: In a bowl, pour in 40G sugar, 30G cocoa powder, 20G corn starch and mix well, add 350ML milk and continue to mix well. Add 80G of dark chocolate while heating on the induction cooker, stirring constantly until it thickens.
Step 5: Add 100G of whey cheese, 80g of condensed milk, 150g of light cream into the bowl and mix well, use an electric mixer to whip it well, add 20G of cocoa powder and mix well, then put it into a laminating bag.
Step 6: Take the cake out of the oven, cut it in half, add the chocolate cream, smooth the surface with a spatula and add the chocolate sauce from step 4
Step 7: In a bowl, add 150g of dark chocolate, heat and melt, add 3 tsp of vegetable oil and 20g of chopped peanuts and mix well.
Cover the top of the cake with the chocolate sauce and leave to chill for 1 hour.
