Production materials:
-
160ML Milk
-
160ML water
-
10g dry yeast
-
10g sugar
-
500g flour
-
8g salt
- 18 grams of olive oil
Production steps:
Step one, pour 160ML of warm water and 160 ml of milk into a bowl, add 10g of instant dry yeast, and add 10g of sugar. Fully melt the yeast and mix them together.
Step two, put 500g of flour and 8g of salt in the bowl from step one, and mix the ingredients thoroughly together. Then you can knead the flour by hand until it turns into a dough.
Step three, add 18 grams of olive oil and continue kneading the flour until the olive oil has fully penetrated into the flour. After the dough becomes smooth, let it ferment at room temperature until it doubles in size. (Fermentation at 35 ℃ for approximately one hour)
Step four, after the dough has fermented, take it out and divide it into 6 equal parts. Knead the dough into a round shape and cover it with plastic wrap to prevent it from drying out.
Step five, use a kneading stick to knead the dough into a cake, with a diameter of approximately 18cm being the optimal state.
Step six, spray a small amount of oil into the pot, add the dough over medium heat and fry until golden brown. Take out the dough, spread butter on the surface, and sprinkle a little chopped parsley.
A delicious Türkiye flat bread is made. It is very fluffy. You can also cut it like a sandwich and eat it together with other ingredients. It has better flavor
